Neo Convert - Software update
We know it from the mobile phone or the computer – every once in a while new software comes out that needs to be installed.
If you want to update the software, you must do the following:
- Connect a network cable with internet connection to the connector labeled “Internet” on Neo Convert
- Connect the IR cable to the "B&O IR" connector
- Connect the power supply in “Power"
- With Beo4 or Remote One press: MENU 9 8 7 6 GO

| 3 | Finally, you will hear BEEP BEEP (twice BEEP) as confirmation that the update went well. You now have the latest software installed |
If the update failed, the product restarts with the previous software version.
